Steel Roundwound Recommendations

Gettin' a setup done today, and thought I'd try something new this time around.

I'm lookin' for something a little easier on the fingers than say Rotosounds or Blue Steels that comes in a .110" E.

Anything come to mind???

NOT D'Addario Pro Steels. I love 'em but they aren't the easiest on the fingers.

I'll always recommend DR Lo Riders to anyone who hasn't tried them yet, and so will a lot of other people on this board. I find they're by far the best SS strings going, and the quality has been very consistent for many years. Not too rough, either.

I've had good results with Ken Smith Metal Masters though I recently got a set with a short low E string and I wasn't happy with the customer service, so I'm going elsewhere.

Got a set of the DR Low Riders on the way. Also trying out the Rotosound RS66. I gotta say, I don't like the DR High Beams - very dry and scooped sounding.

DR Lo-Riders I like, and I like the DM Blue Steels too. but DR's are really light on the fingers while the Blue Steels are like Sand Paper. Dean Marklkey SR2000's arent supposed to be as rought as the Blue Steels.

LaBella Hard Rockin' Steel. Great tone. Good feel. Nice B.

My fingers must be defective. I have Blue Steels on everything, and they feel just comfy to me.

I recently re-discovered Ken Smith strings and like them quite a bit. I use the Rock Lights IIRC.
