Sting ID help. Tapered/exposed core (all 4 strings), black silk

I need help Iding a set of strings. They came on a used bass I just got and I like them so I would like to know what they are for when it comes time to replace them.

All four strings (E-G) are tapered to the exposed core long enough to string through body. Black silk on the top of the strings and brass color ball ends. Pretty sure they are nickel roundwounds.

I tried doing a search and found several exposed core stings but none of the threads mentioned what color the silks are.

Thanks in advance for your help.

FYI it is a Fender American Deluxe P-bass
