Just received my Bongo6 last week. Couldn't tell you the exact gauge, but try the EBMM forums or EBMM customer service direct. They're excellent.
I removed my EB strings b4 playing a single note because mine is fretless and the last thing I wanted to do was mark my brand spankin new fingerboard from rounds. I'm amazed they don't ship them with flatwounds.

Musicman basses ship with EB Regular slinkies .45 - .130, or in the bongo's situation .32 - .130

From the Music-man.com bongo 6 page:
Strings:32w-45w-65w-80w-100w-130w (Slinky 6 String Bass #2838)

And from the EB Store:
6-string Slinky Bass Long Scale Nickel Wound .032 - .130 (P02838)

.

As long as Sterling Ball is there, I doubt any EBMM instrument will ever leave the factory strung with flats.
