Post The String Cleaner for Bass

Got the new revision to the string cleaner
http://www.thestringcleaner.com/

This one is designed to fit the bass, and the design flaw from previous (hard back plastic grooving up fret boards) has been resolved by putting the cleaning fabric on the back, so it also dusts the board.. I crammed this thing over my Bantam which is laced up 125 - 65 and my 5 string which is 125 - 45

This seems to do the trick so far, I laced up new strings and started using it, and with considerable playing (at least an hour a night every day for two weeks) I see or hear no changes in audio, and I do see some scuzz on the cleaner, telling me that stuff isn't sitting there eating my strings.

I think the only flaw saw far is I don't think it quite wraps around the 125, it gets most of it, and I imagine with a couple of passes you're getting the whole lot, but something to keep an eye on.

I was really waiting for this product, thinking about the great work it did for guitars, and I've not been disappointed.

There's the inexpensive GHS cloth for strings as an option...
