I've been playing the bass on and off for a few years now and I finally came to the conclusion that i knew a decent enough amount of bass to purchase a new one, seeing as my old was roughly more than a decade behind current basses. I now own an Ibanez Ergodyne, and have been playing it pretty daily to ' break it in', as some would say. All of a sudden the G-String has begun to vibrate against the top fret, producing this really weird noise. Seeing as I've never encountered this before, I figured I'd check and see if anyone can give me a hand here before I go fiddle with it. |
