String for my Rockbass

I have a Rockbass Warwick Streamer STD with 2x MEC pickup.

The string that come along with it are the original Stainless steel strings. But i want to change the stainless steel strings so that it don't worn my fretboard that quick.

Was wondering any suggestion of which brand and type of string to use on the warwick?

Was thinking about those Ernie Slinky ones, those any good?

I usually use rotosounds on my warwick and rockbass. I tried ernie ball slinkys last month and I didn't like them. I found them a bit tinny sounding and they didnt feel as smooth under my fingers

GHS Bassics are the only strings I installed more than one time. My SSTD has one PU, though...
