String shopping solutions

One of the local shops in town just closed down. Unfortunately it was the only shop not charging rediculous prices for strings. The others are selling sets for $40 . So does anyone know of a site I can order sets from. I'm looking for some kind of package deal because I plan on ordering more than one set at a time. Does such a deal exist?

Always loved buying from here: http://www.bassguitarstrings.us/

Try Bass Emporium. They have some pretty good prices. Not sure what their shipping costs are like though. I usually get mine from The Perfect Bass with the TB discount.

I recommended ebay to a student and he picked up a set of Ernie Ball Slinky's for around $40 AUD with postage... the average price for a four string set here is around $50-$60.
