Strings??

Hello guys

I bought an Ibanez srx300 yesterday and now i am going to choose some new strings for the bass.
But i dont know which strings is best can you guys help me.
What kind of strings shall i choose?

p.s: I play slap bass and funk which string would be the best for that?

I have used the GHS Boomers Flea signature set in the past and they are great and reasonably priced if you are on a budget. If you want to go gold... DR Marcus Millers!

Your question has been asked 1000 times. There are no 'best' strings for your bass. There are 2 Sticky threads at the top of the Strings forum with all the info you could possibly need.

im addicted to RHCP too and i just bought some ghs flea strings for my musicman sterling. i cant wait till they come in. here's a link
