Strings for alternate tuning

I'd like to know which strings to use for the EADGC 5 string tuning.I presume I do away with the B and then use another string for the high C.Trouble is, which is the best string to use for the C?

Just buy a 6-string set and don't use the B. Most C's range from .032 to .025.
