Strings By Aurora

I know there are a number of threads on these strings but i didnt find what i was looking for. I was wondering if anyone had any larger decent quality pictures of their strings so i can get a good idea of the colors they offer. Any help would be great. Thanks

The color you see is the color you get.

I have a set of the clear coated strings, here. They're okay. Don't buy strings because of color. Buy them because you like the sound. The whole color thing is just a marketing gimmick.

Yeah, ive seen that chart but wasnt sure if the actual strings were the same color. Im well aware you shouldnt buy strings for color but since i havnt tried them before i may as well get the color i want now and decide if i like them after i try them.

I didn't care much for them, honestly. What kind of bass are you putting them on? I'll sell you a barely used set, cheap, if they're going on a 34" scale Prescision or Jazz style.

Thanks, but what i plan to use them on is far from a 34 scale j or p.

I know it's an older thread, but I've got a pic of the red Aurora's on a Spector- Jury is still out, but I like them so far. Friend of mine in on tour, using them every night just about and he likes them a lot.
The flash makes the finish on the bass brighter than it really is, but the overall look is really unique without being silly.
