he says they're nylon wound, are they tru bass 88's? something else, they sound AWSOME I'm lusting for that tone

I love that vid. Although, that purple bass? nah, but when he swaps basses for that jazz and kills it with a pick I want that one. I remember having a hofner with black nylon strings, killer killer sound!

think they might be rotosounds Tru Bass black tapewounds! i have used those strings, and they r great!

so would all of those different strings (roto, la bella, fender) sound pretty much like the tone he was getting if I put them on my jazz?
