I was just wondering if any of you had a Dolphin Pro and what strings you used on it. I was sort of interested in what it might sound like with flat wounds.

dolphin pro

i do not have a warwick dolphin pro bass, but stephan lessard of Dave Matthews Band does. i think he uses flatwounds. If you have that bass, you are god cause that thing is slick

Actually, I think Stephan Lessard uses DR Lo-riders.

Yes the Dolphin is definetly slick and very punchy. I went from using Fender Jazz's to the Dolphin. Not cutting down Fenders at all, but this thin is the best four string that I've ever played. I picked it up at Bass NW. They took real good care of me. Thanks for all your help.
