this past winter i bought a warwick thumb bass bolt-on 5. i have had difficulty trying to find strings, other than warwick's own brand, that fit easily into the tight space of the bridge. does anyone know of any brands and what gauges of those brands will fit easily onto the thumb? thanks.
Just found your thread searching for the same. Bumping it cause i'm interested in the same thing . I've always used the Warwick Black Label strings but they're a little hard to find (I special ordered my current box) and i'd like to be able to experiment with some others when I run out..
