but yeah they are roundwound. i dont think they are ghs boomers though, what other strings have red stuff at the end? |

| | | | yeah the strings i played were in guitar center, they dont carry any TI strings as far as i know. i thought it was rotosounds at first, but from what i've heard those are very bright, these strings were not. |

I haven't ever changed the strings, they are like 4 years old now. I don't change them simply because I don't feel like spending money on new strings for a bass that isn't really mine. I don't know brand the strrings are, they're just the ones that came with the bass when the school bought it. But I guess it doesn't really matter since I don't really like them. I believe that they are nickel plated though. And they have gold colored circle thingies on the bridge end.
