A friend egged me onto trying R Cocco, so I put a 45-105 stainless set on my favorite vintage StingRay, and wow! I'm really impressed with the toneful mids these strings provide. So I may be switching over. |

| | | | I have used a lot of strings on my EB Bongo, but I always come back to Regular Slinks. I'm not saying they are the best for a MM, but there is something about them! I get that great highs when I slap and pop, thick lows, and a nice Motown thump when I need it.
