Strings for Piezo pickups

I have just gotten a fretless 5-string with piezo pickups only - no magnetic. I believe i can only use bronze "acoustic bass" or nylon tapewound strings, right? Any recommendations? It has TI Acousticores on it now, they are great strings but very expensive when it comes time to change.

Piezos pick up vibrations. They do not need special strings. You can use any string you want!

Yes, any string. I use regular SS roundwound strings on my piezo equipped basses.
