strings for reverse headstock

What strings are used on basses with reverse headstock? I have a 5 string that's got the B string as the longest one. The G string is pretty short. If I use a "normal" set, I'm afraid the B won't reach the tuner! Like, what do they string up Thunderbirds with? I've never seen any strings branded for reverse headstocks.
