I am a complete noob in basses so I have absolutely no idea. How are the strings on an SX Bass compared to others? Would it be worth changing them? |

Some of the Rondo descriptions claim they are strung with DAddarios, but, I use DAddarios, and every SX that has passed through my hands had strings that bore no resemblance to real, production DAddarios.
Change em. You'll get a bump in tone and feel.

Really, you have to find your own way on string choices. You'll find a million valid opinions here. It's a very subjective thing. It would be like me telling you what the correct color shirt was to wear.
