Strings for tuning B-F#_C#-G#

wassup guys, I want to tune my 4 string bass in fifths, starting from low B.

what gauges do you reccomand?
I was thinking somethung like 45-70-95\95-125\130

btw I thinking of putting it on my warwick streamer stage II, so if you can reccomand strings that works good for it , plaase do (right now I'm using slinky.
