Which strings to use ?

I've just got a Peavey 5 string and the strings need replacing. I'll play stuff similar to Foo Fighters, Nickelback etc and wanted something with a bit of a 'growl' about them, so not too bright.
Any suggestions ?

Go with Black Beauties if you want a looser feeling coated string.

Go with Sunbeams if you want nickel with that same loose feel, and smooooth touch.

Go with FatBeams if you want more brightness with that looser feel.

Go with HiBeams if you want brightness with more tension.

Go with Neons if you want pizzaz...they feel the same as Black Beauties.
