Strings for Yamaha TRB?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi all,

I need some guidance.

What strings should I use for my Yamaha TRBII-6?

I play mainly rock and funk (slap/pop).
Any recommendations or experience is welcome.

Thanks Lars

Thanks for the advice,

Maybe I have a problem with availability here in Denmark. I haven't seen those strings anywhere but I will keep looking.

So nickel is the way to go?

Hi..

Cool at se endnu en dansker Vi er ved at være et par stykker herinde ..

I've once owned a Yamaha TRB6 and I used DR Hi-beams. They sound GREAT with that bass, very full and "rocky" sound..
My advice try some DR's

Oops.. I forgot to mention that DR's are stainless steel strings..
I use them and all my basses(only 3)..

Prøv at tjekke www.go4strings.com
De leverer lynhurtigt og er meget billige!
