Super-long scale flatwounds?

Sign in to disble this ad
My main bass is a 35" Traben 5-string strung through the body, and as a result I have to buy super long scale strings, and usually only DR Long Necks fit because of the way they taper. Are there any flatwound strings that will fit such a long neck without tapering before the nut?

GHS Precision Flats have always been plenty long for me, regardless of bass.

The DR flats are also quite long.

TI Jazz Flats will NOT fit unless you get the 36" scale extra long set.
