Surprise of my life(little known brand of strings)

So i broke a string on my Bongo the other week, and a friend and myself spent about an hour searching online for something new.

Normally i string the Bongo with DR Fat beams (they sound and feel great); but they cost $70 a set (and tha aint cheap when you replace them every 2 months or so).

i've only had them on for a couple of days, but they are very reminiscent of the Fat beam sound (that scooped, bright and lovely sound). They feel similiar too. And i just can't believe the price...

Has anyone come across these before?

hm, never heard of them before. nice find. but damn, that sucks that dr's are $70 in australia.
