Taking Strings Off 1 Bass and Putting Them on Another

Sign in to disble this ad
Would you reccomend against taking my TI Jazz Flats off of one bass and putting them on another? They've been on the first bass for about four months.
Do you think the intonation (or anything else) could suffer from being unstrung and restrung?

As long as the length of the strings fit the other bass, you should be fine.

Flats will suffer the least going from bass to bass in my experience.

I have a set of TI flats that has been on and off two bass's and will probably make it to a third sometime soon. No problem
