Tapered core?

I'm considering the following 5-string sets: DR Fat Beam, DR Hi Beam and D'addario Prosteels.

Can someone advise which set comes with tapered core? Also, do all the individual strings in the set have tapered core?

None of em, I think, apart from MM's set...they might have a tapered Low B on the 5 string set.

The DR Lo-Riders are the ones on the hex core.

If you are looking for tapered core you may want to look at Dean Markley SR2000's.
