Taperwound strings and Piezo Bridges?

Any issues with using taperwound strings (in my case, a 5 stringer) with a piezo bridge?

Thanks!

Well, my Conklin 9-string has a mixture of regular, taper core and exposed core strings, and RMC piezo pickups, and it works very well. I can't hear any difference in tone between the different strings (except for the low F# but that string is very old now).

So long as you have enough saddle travel to adjust intonation properly you should be good.
