How do you like them on a P bass? A Gibson EB-3? Trying to decide which one gets 'em first...

I haven't tried them on either of those basses (so maybe I shouldn't be posting ). But I have tapewounds on my fretless and it sounds a lot like a double bass, thought I would say in case that's the sound you are after, mine are rotosound Trubass and they last forever!

Never put them on my P-bass, but I had a set of Rotosound Tru-bass on my EB-3 for a while. Fat, fat vintage sound. Really great with that bass.

I had a set of them on my Fretless P Bass for a while. More of an upright sound. Really good match for the P.
