tapewounds on a Corvette.........

does anyone have tape wounds on their Warwick corvette???

if so what brand fits, I am afraid to buy the Rotos if they do not fit.

Yeah that 1.15 E looks mondo fat. I bought DDR chromes for mine, I may try tapewounds eventually. Other brands make them with a more normal E. The Fender E tapewound is a 1.10. They also make a fialment wound 1.00. Carvin sells ac40 and 50 basses that take those nylon strings as well.

I may just stick with flats..

I have DR coated round on there now and the 105 E string, seems to be taking up all the space on the bridge. So I doubt I could get a 115 to fit without having to file
