Tension: TI Jazz Flats vs. GHS Tapewounds

I have TI Jazz Flats on my Pbass and the neck has been adjusted for that low tension.

I am ready to try some tapewounds and GHS were recommended. Can any of you compare the level of tension between these sets? I hate messing around with pulling off the neck and adjusting the rod.
