As you may have read in
this thread I broke the F string on my Ritter Swodsteel 7 string set. I contaced Jens Ritter about the possibility of buying a single string instead of a set and he said he would send me the new F string as well as 2 extra backup strings: an F and a C, FREE. He said the strings shouldn't break and the extra strings were a gift to comensate for the failure of the string. For a $100+ set of strings that is quite a costly gift!
Just wanted you guys to know that Ritter products are backed by amazing customer service and you shouldn't hesitate to buy Jens' products.
NOTE: for all you cynics, the strings did come in the mail a few days ago.
