Getting back into playing again and i love flats, but only when well used and i hate waiting months of constant playing to have them settle in..

Actually I think flats you find for sale used would be pretty new as well, after somebody tries them and took them off for not liking them. Nobody is going to get rid of flats they've spent months breaking in.
