TI flats on a Pedulla Pentabuzz (quick review)

I tried them out for the first time last night at practice. I left my old settings the same from when I had the Pedulla roundwounds on the bass. Obviously there was a lot less mids, highs and crispness but then again I'm comparing them to rounds.

After adjusting channel 2 on my Fusion 550 I got a real nice tone with these strings. I brought down the lows and added a little low mids and high mids and the strings sang. This was also through a 1x12 and a 1x15 cab.

I'm still new to flats but overall I'm happy with the strings. Will I convert to flats on all my basses? No way, but I think I will stick to the TI's on the Pedulla.

I've had TIs on my fretless 5 ever since I got it. I always like to experiment and try new stuff but this bass is staying exactly the way it is.
