TI Powerbass

Hello all,

I've recently received a set of the TI Powerbass as a gift and I'd like some opinions. I may put them on my Ken Smith 5MW in place of the DR Sunbeams (.45-.125) which I really like! The DRs have been on for over two years and have hung in pretty well with three or four boilings. Yep, I know, thry're just about done!!

I play, with a fairly soft touch, blues, R&B, rock etc.

I've just put a set on, and I like 'em! The G was dull, however, so I'm sending it to the factory, a replaced it with another (I bought 5 sets).
The newer G sounds much better, but still doesn't quite have the highs of the D String. But a great sounding set nonetheless. It slaps great without any harshness, and delivers a round, nice modern tone IMHO
