Tobias Toby Pro 5 String (Floppy B)

my tobias has a floppy b , i know its only a 34" and they do suffer from this problem , but what is the best string gauge or string make to make it a little tighter. any help would be great

Flatwounds (any brand) will increase tension on the low B quite nicely. I'm using D'Addario Chromes, TIs and La Bella 760FL flats on three of my fivers, all 34" scale.

As for rounds, I'd suggest DR Lo-Riders. Nice tension on the low B (either stainless or nickle).
