Trujillo Bass Strings

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys. I was watching an interview with Robert Trujillo and he started describing his signature strings. I liked the way he was describing them. I was wondering if any of you guys have ever used a pair if so how did you like them? I was considering getting a pair.

Guitar Center maybe. I was going to check there next time I go there. I just might order them offline or something.

Yeah there stainless steel. And the guages are 45-63-80-102. For a Five string its the same thing but the B string is Nickel plated steel and the guage is 130.

That's interesting...I like the idea of the slighty smaller E and D string....I like steels also.

Yeah it is. I think the idea of a nickel plated B string is cool. and yeah steels are nice. I have a pair of dean markley blue steels on by bass right now. sounds amazing and they last a long time. Allergic to nickel? that must s*ck.

You'd think that you would want the B string "bright"..
I play 4 string...don't know.
