Location: West Memphis/Marion area, AR.
When I think of warm, flatwounds come to mind. Strings with the gnarly highs muted, some nice sooth midrange with punchy bass. Not much twang. For flats I'd say GHS Precision flats or LaBella nylon wrapped tapewounds. Maybe GHS Pressurewounds.

Rotosound swing 66. The least bright roundwounds I know of. But still very good sounding treble content with plenty of clank available. Good warm roundwound tone imo.
