Warwick Bridge / Stringing question

Sign in to disble this ad
Any way to fix this?

I paid 10.00$ for that string

I have the "Light B .130" and there is a "Extra Light B .125" would that fit? Last time I went to my local music store they had no Elixir bass strings in stock. I'm not sure if the way I put it there effects the tone but the little ring dugs in the bass' wood and I dont really like that

thanks

Looks like your options are to file the bridge, buy a smaller string or use some pliers to narrow the string you have.

You need a tapered "B", like the stock warwick strings, not a lighter gauge, but one that is tapered at the bridge like Elixirs and the previously mentioned.

This thread should help you: Which 5 and 6 string sets have taper B strings?
