My Streamer came with yellow label stainless. Needless to say, it got DR's right away

I second the above sentiment. Although they make killer basses I have been much less than impressed with Warwick's strings, although I've yet to find something comparable to DR Nickels.

German made ones I think still get Warwick Black Labels, while the Custom Shop get Warwick EMP Coated.

They could have been black label, heck I don't remember. It's been almost 2 years

It probably was; the Yellow Labels are nickel.
