just put some detroit bass strings on. they sound really really metallic and zingy. i think theyll lose that soon but compared to my ernie balls so far they are good if not better for the price

These are flats correct? These don't seem to be very popular, but I have found a few threads where people have like them. I've been thinking of trying a set, but haven't ordered them yet. I'm sure they'll tame down some.

no sir, rounds. .110, .85, .70, .50 if im not mistaken. I hope they dont sound dull when the zing is gone, granted i thought my EB's sounded good until I had to change them yesterday. and I bought them LAST summer lol.

two sets for 20+ dollars isnt bad IMO

I love their .110 flatwound set. I've had them on my P bass for months now and the string to string consistency is exceptional. Great E string that doesn't go thumpy quicker than the others. Great mellow tone.

This company is one of the best kept secrets out there.
