What are the best strings for Fodera - Need help with low B

Hi,
A question for Fodera Emperor Elite 5 owners.
I owned a 20 years old Fodera Emperor Elite 5 and are not sattisfy with the B's string sound.
It is quite loose even I tried all different size, type and made of strings so I wonder if that is because of 34" scale or it was because I could not find a right match for strings.
What is you choice on yours????

Chalie,

I changed the thread title to make it more descriptive, so that hopefully a Fodera owner will see it and comment.

I am also bumping it up to the top and moving it to Strings.
