Marton is right though, they will be very floppy.

If you buy singles i recommend choosing a gauge that matches the tension of the 85 F#, it needs to be a lot thicker than 105 or 110 since the bottom interval in your tuning is now a fifth. Looking at the D'Addario tension chart for nickelplated roundwounds http://www.daddario.com/upload/tension_chart_13934.pdf you actually need a 130. The 130 B and 85 F# will have the same tension of 34.5 pounds. A 125 will also work and not be excessively floppy in drop B but will start to lose it's good tone in drop Bb

The 125 will be very roughly 30 pounds tension, extra light. |
