What gauge string does Flea use when playing in drop D tuning?

I know that Flea uses GHS Flea signature Boomers 45 - 105 when using regular tuning.

Does anyone know if he uses the same gauge for songs such as "If you have to ask" where he is tuned D, G, C, F or if he uses a heavier set?
