What is the heaviest gauge EB strings you use on your musicman?

i've always used Super Slinky strings on my musicman sterling, and I'm ready for something a little heavier. however, since I only have one musicman and it's my lifeblood/income, I don't want to mess it up by suddenly switching out to something too heavy.

I was thinking about using...

Ernie Ball 2833 Hybrid Slinky Bass Nickel Wound .045 - .105
or even
Nickel Wound Power Slinky (55 - 110)

Anyone here use those with greater success than the slinkys? I'm playing rock covers in clubs 4x nights a week. Jus tlike a little more punch. Will intonation get all funky? Strings fit in the nut easily? Thanks!

MMSR-SH here, active, using DR Bootzillas 50-110 on mine. I'm not a fan of DR's as a rule (I like Roto's for the studio and Elixer's or Slinks for live gigs), but on the MM, something just happens with the BZ's, particularly if you play a lot of funk. The middle switch position really comes alive, and with a little twiddling you can really get a nice Bernard Edwards tone happening. As far as fit - they seem to fit the nut fine (My SR has the new weird 'graduated slot' nut that's a little wider than the standard nut - it's stiill fine, though).

I have D'addario 55-110 on my StingRay right now. I had to set it up again after putting on the heavier gauge but have no problems with it.
