These came on a second hand Fender Roscoe Beck V I bought. I just replaced them with some D'Addario XL's, but they aren't cutting it with the string-through of course. Whatever these strings are, they worked perfect for me. Guesses anyone? Thanks.

Edit: this is the B

Well I guess they're not DR's haha, you would know being an employee. I'll check out some GHS and see if I can find it. But if anyone else still wants to throw a guess out there, be my guest.

If they're the original strings that shipped with the bass, then yes, chances are they're Fenders. In fact, if so, you can guarantee that they're Fenders.

It's highly possible they're original. The bass is a 2000, but it didn't look like it had ever been played when I got it. They didn't sound dead though, which is why I thought it had been restrung. I'll check those out. Thanks dudes.

Judging by the tapered string, and grey colored silk wrappings, I would venture to guess that you are right.

8250's have the grey color wrap
7250's have black
7150's have gold
7350's have red
