What size flats?

I just recently got some D'addario Chormes in the regular lite size but they seem like they may feel a lil too small for me and dont have as much punch as the regulars. Is there a difference in tone with the string size? What seems to be the most commonly used?

There is a little difference. The most common standard gauge is 45-65-85-105.
