What string should i buy for my Warwick Corvette??

I recently have a major problem getting the slappy tone on my 6 string warwick corvette proline.. since i read things that says corvette proline is good for slapping, i'm just curious what's wrong with my bass..

I used SIT strings on my bass, and really don't like it.. it has rock tone but less slappy tone.. i want a nice bright slappy tone but i dunno what string that fits.. any suggestion ??

Oh.. i prefer D'addario because in Indonesia it's hard to find other brand like DR or Rotosound.. thanks all...

I use the Alchemy Randy Jackson Series on mine. They have a gold finish, sound amazing, and have almost twice the string life as any other strings that I've used.

maybe you dont have a good slap tone because you are using d'addario...maybe try flats, not an edgy slap or rock tone, but thumpy and deep.

i used the SIT strings.. i'm planning to go for d'addario because my other 2 fender have d'addario on it and they have both excellent sound for slapping..
