what strings to buy now?

hi guys i was recently trying to order 5 string versions of fender stainless steel strings from themusiciansfriend.com when i was disturbed to find that thsi line had been discontinued, my question is what kind of strings should i purchase now i had found the above strings ot be very bright, responsive and long lasting even after boiling them , i like the bright sound for slap. i am really looking for something in the same price range with the same qualities any suggestions? thanks!

If price is a factor but you like stainless steel brightness, I'd say try Ken Smith Rockmasters. Musicians' Friend has them for About $20 a set for the 5 string set.
