I'm using Nickel Rounds (DR, Low Riders) on an EB3L. They sound good, but I'm thinking about switching to flats.. just not sure which ones.

LaBella flats - the strings of the 60's. They will make it sound like it was made to sound.

where do you play

Where do you play? Pick or fingers?

I find, TI jazz flats are best if you play finger style at the bridge (good choice I find) - a bit too flappy if you play at the neck

If you play fingerstyle at the neck, I like labella deep talking'

If you play with a pick d'addario chromes are good

GHS Pressurewounds are somewhat underrated IMO.

They will sound less metallic because they're flats. I just bought a set of Chromes myself, they'll be going on my P-Bass tonight! Read the 'Confessions of a flatwound convert' thread for a lengthy discussion on flatwound vs roundwound strings.
