what strings do you use on your Fodera?

so what do you guys use on your Fodera?

got mine from the groove shoppe about three weeks ago and i need new strings so i thought i would ask the masses.

right now the bass has got D'Addario's XLs on, 45-65-80-100-130

thinking of getting some DR low riders on it in the same gauge but may get some more D'Addario's.

but if you guys come up with something better i might try them.

After using DR's for many years, I'm now using Fodera stainless steel 45-125 on my Fodera Emperor. They work better for this bass IMO.

its interesting how people will put any string on a custom 5grand+ bass

not that im knocking any strings itt, or in general, but you would think people who dropped that kind of cash would put relatively expensive strings on it

suppose its the same as putting hi beams on a squier, though.....
