What strings for my Sterling

I used Hi Beams exclusively on my Sterling but Ernie Ball Slinky sounded good to. Those are the factory string as well.

I use D'addario XL 45-105 Nickel and have been buying the double packs for about the last 8 years. very good strings.

Ernie balls sound great too, but where I live they are nearly twice the price.

I generally stear clear of stainless steel strings. My preference is nickel hands down. Much easier on the frets and to my ear they are just more "musical"
